The villa accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 double bedrooms, 220 square metres on two levels. It offers a 9×4 metre saltwater pool with panoramic 100-kilometre views across the valley of Preggio, Lago Trasimeno and the Tuscan mountains. Designed and styled by the owners – Lise (interior designer) and Kristian Septimius Krogh (photographer) – with a Scandinavian aesthetic. Rental is week-by-week, Saturday to Saturday. No pets. ## Prices 2026

- High Season (mid-June – mid-September): €4,150/week. Pool open.
- Mid Season (April – mid-June & mid-September – end of October): €3,950/week. Pool open with heating.
- Low Season (November – end of March): Closed. Contact for special arrangements.
- Rental is minimum 1 week, Saturday to Saturday. Arrival 16:00, departure 10:00.
- Housekeeping fee: €250/week
- Security deposit: €500 (returned within 1 week after departure)
- 30% deposit required at booking. Balance + security deposit due 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled 6+ months before arrival. Loss of deposit if later. Loss of all payments if cancelled within 1 month.

## The Owners

Lise and Kristian Septimius Krogh are Danish creatives based in Copenhagen. Lise is an interior designer, stylist and author. Kristian is a professional photographer. Together they run Studio Septimius Krogh – a shop, gallery and design studio in Copenhagen. They have spent 30+ years producing features about homes and interiors for 70+ magazines in 20+ countries, and have published 8 books (2 made in Italy). Villa G is their private home in Italy.
